Adido provides Bowlplex website overhaul

Bournemouth-based digital agency Adido has recently completed a new website for national bowling chain, Bowlplex.

The new website, launched this month, features improved navigation that enables easier booking and access to information on individual centres, as well as a visual overhaul in order to portray Bowlplex as an exciting and modern brand.

Bowlplex were looking for a new website, which not only helped users find out more information about each of their centres, but also incorporated more social elements into the website.

“When Bowlplex came to us it was obvious that their website needed a design update and also needed to push more of their great offers which they offer to their clients,” explained Alex Tucker account manager at Adido.

“After working closely with the Bowlplex team we evaluated the user journey and engineered the design of the site to make it as easy as possible to make a booking and find important information.”

“Now that the site has gone live we will be launching several online campaigns to get much greater exposure to the Bowlplex brand across the UK”.

Adido held interviews with a number of potential website users; this process led to a focus on promoting Bowlplex’s special offers and deals via the website by featuring them prominently throughout.

Adido will also be working with major affiliate and discount networks to offer deals to a much wider audience.

Bowlplex, operates over 18 bowling alleys across the UK offering late night licensed bars, dance floors, American Pool and amusement games in addition to tenpin bowling. The company has a turn-over in excess of £27m per year and employs in excess of 500 staff across the United Kingdom.
