Liane Grimshaw, managing partner for Amaze is to leave the business.

Grimshaw has said that she plans on leaving amazine, having joined following the acquisition of Pavilion Communications by Hasgrove in 2007, to spend more time with her family.

Grimshaw commented: "I have a real sense of pride in being part of the process we’ve undergone to bring several businesses together as one and redefine and shape our proposition to the market, both locally and on a pan European basis.

"Our achievements are impressive and I wish Amaze nothing but ongoing success for the future. I have been lucky to work alongside some brilliant and talented people who I will no doubt miss very much, but the time is now right for me to take a breather and spend some time with my family. I’ll be exploring other opportunities and interests in due course," she added.

Her responsibilities for running the digital and technology business will be taken up by Natalie Gross, with Sandra McDowell set to continue to oversee the PR and social media division.
