Appliance brand Hoover is set to invest £1 million in a promotional campaign to promote its new range of kitchen products.

The advertising campaign will begin in May and run for the rest of the year, featuring a series of aspirational lifestyle images of modern kitchens, and will also demonstrate the company’s range of built-in and freestanding products.

MEC Manchester will work on the campaign.

Steve Macdonald, marketing director for Hoover, explained: “The kitchen is becoming a living space and not just the place where food is processed, it’s the hub of the home and the look and style of appliances is increasingly important as householders are looking for a blend of beauty and functionality that helps make the ultimate kitchen statement.

“We are delighted with our new range of products which have been elegantly designed and precision engineered to ensure even the most discerning customers will be proud to have them in their kitchen.”

Hoover is also set to run a consumer press campaign across key trade kitchen titles and will exhibit its new range of products at the KBB Show in London in May.
