Former Liverpool Council marketing head joins ICE
Fiona Fleming, a former head of marketing at Liverpool City Council, has joined Wirral agency ICE.
Fleming, who worked on campaigns for Liverpool's successful World Heritage bid and Capital of Culture year, has joined the marketing and communications agency as head of marketing.
The former business development manager at Liverpool's St George's Hall had been with the council for 12 years before leaving last September.
"Building on my previous experience working within complex public sector environments both nationally and globally, I’m looking forward to developing creative marketing campaigns which excite and enthuse target audiences and bring far-reaching benefits and impact for our clients," Fleming said.
