A TV commercial for homeless charity Barnabus, has been created by The King’s Arms.

Operating on a pro-bono basis alongside the Manchester creative agency was production company Two Sugar, with all cast, crew and post production facilities also waving a fee, while Channel M in Manchester and Channel 5 have also donated air time.

The commercial can be seen throughout December and January but calls are also being made to the ad to be tweeted or posted on Facebook pages, alongside donations being made.

Paul Watson, creative director for The Kings Arms, praised the efforts of all involved; “It’s a really nice script and a fantastic team effort. The client loved it, but couldn’t afford to make it. So, we talked to Two Sugars and when they were up for it, we thought ‘let’s just make it happen’. The whole thing then gathered momentum really quickly and we couldn’t believe our luck when Channel 5 offered up the airtime."
