Chief Productions might just have captured Wayne Rooney's last performance for Manchester United - as part of a commercial it helped produce for Turkish Airlines.

Manchester-based Chief, working with Depo Films of Istanbul, was given the sizeable task of building a replica plane interior from scratch before bringing in 16 United players for a carefully orchestrated onboard kickabout.

And the ad - shot before Rooney's contract saga kicked off - shows the forward almost getting into more trouble with his teammates by blasting a shot in the direction of United legend Bobby Charlton.

It took over 100 crew five weeks to prepare the two-day shoot, which took place at the Pie Factory studios in the shadows of Old Trafford at Salford Quays.

The campaign broke earlier this week in over 80 countries worldwide.
