A new website for property developer Persimmon has been developed by Fuse8.

The site aims to offer property buyers the opportunity to search and find their ideal home from the company’s portfolio from across the UK.

The site includes a search engine which uses postcodes to locate properties in desired areas, a photo gallery of available properties, advice on buying a house for first time buyers as well as people planning to downsize or invest or start a family.

As well as location, the search function can also be used for appropriate price ranges, number of bedrooms and desired house type.

Meanwhile, the agency is also set to add a new search function to another website, Charles Church, which Fuse8 developed earlier in the year.

The search engine is still at development stage but will help buyers looking to part-exchange their house for a new property and will allow them to find out the company’s part-exchange valuation online with the user entering their property type, number of bedrooms and postcode.

It is thought that a similar function could be added to the new Persimmon site in the future too.

Fuse8 picked up the Charles Church online account in January following a six-way pitch.
