Cornwall agency Gendall Design has appointed Paul Mulraney from London agency TMW as its digital creative director.

Mulraney joins the Falmouth agency having directed websites, games and mobile apps for clients including the BBC, eBay, the Financial Times, Nissan and the RAF.

The move sees him return to the town where he graduated in 1999 from the creative advertising course at the University College of Falmouth.

“I’m excited to have joined Gendall as they have the strongest client base and the best reputation of any agency in Cornwall,” he said.

While Mulraney's main responsibility will be producing creative work, he will also be involved in clients’ business planning, brand development, marketing strategy, technical architecture and data needs, the agency said.

Tess Gendall, MD of the agency, said of its new arrival: "His combined experience of creative, technical and business requirements will really help to boost Gendall’s digital output at a time when businesses are increasingly calling on us for online design solutions that look great and, importantly, deliver a strong return on investment.

"He is a really valuable addition to our digital team.”
