El Studio to make Mellis the big cheese
Famous Edinburgh cheesemonger IJ Mellis has appointed El Studio to work in partnership on the development of a new retail venture.
The initial project will concentrate on the design of packaging for a product range of 40, in-store concession and point of sale display, packaging presentations and various brochure and marketing materials.
IJ Mellis was established in 1993, located on Victoria Street in Edinburgh’s Old Town. Now, IJ Mellis has six
shops throughout Scotland, in Edinburgh, Glasgow, St Andrews and Aberdeen, supplying its cheese to some of the country's top restaurants.
