Scottish online events service itison.com is looking to set up joint ventures with PR and multi-discipline agencies as it begins to expand across the UK.
The company, which was launched by DADA, offers free invites to its registered network to events, launches, premiers and parties to raise awareness of clients, events and venues across differing lifestyle sectors.
From February, the business will seek to work with partner agencies which will be given access to the business model to drive consumers and sales for their clients.
According to the company it is seeking one agency from each major UK city or region, depending on size as a partner.
Oli Norman, managing director of DADA, explained: “Itison.com is a wholly separate company operated by a software and marketing team in house at DADA. With over 2000 members joining itison weekly the site has demonstrated exponential growth ability all driven through word of mouth and online.”
Over the first quarter of 2010, the company is set to implement a marketing programme which will involve media partnerships and online strategies working alongside a PR strategy.
