Here's a look at this year's Battle of the Bands in aid of NABS where Manchester group Frazer King was crowned this year's winner.

The band, which includes a freelance illustrator, beat off competition from freelancer James Kelly, SKV Communications' entry Sandbox and TBWA band Battle Plans Go.

They were chosen as the winner by an illustrious judging panel featuring Hacienda DJ Dave Haslam, music journalist and Goldblade singer John Robb and XFM's network head of music, Mike Walsh.

The gig was held at the Circle Club and Frazer King turned in quite the performance. Check them out for yourself at http://www.myspace.com/frazerking
