Reform Creative has devised a brand for the Media Foundation Placement Scheme offered by Northwest Vision and Media.

The scheme, now in its third year, is open to people from black, Asian or minority ethnic backgrounds who are looking to build experience in the media industry.

It offers up to 20 trainees paid placements with the likes of ITV Granada, the BBC and Lime Pictures.

Manchester-based Reform was briefed to bring the scheme's "dated" logo up to date and give it a more obvious connection with Northwest Vision and Media.

The logo uses Northwest Vision and Media's corporate colours and with its multi-layered vectors and punched out initials is designed, Reform say, to reflect the variety of opportunities the scheme offers to young people.
