Naturebotts chooses True Digital for new transactional site

Digital marketing agency True Digital has designed the new transactional website for eco disposable nappy retailer Naturebotts.

The brand was the pioneer of the eco disposable nappy market when it launched in 2001. Since then it has seen competition in the sector grow dramatically, a fact that has called for an entirely new look for the brand's web presence and also an evolution of its overall branding and proposition.

As part of its brief True Digital broadened the ethical proposition of Naturebotts to become “Think the world of your baby.” To support this the agency has created a fresh site design for the brand.

Penny Bowen, Naturebott’s founder, said: “Online sales are absolutely vital for us. Tired mothers are shopping at all hours of the day and night and we want to do everything we can to make their lives easier. The True Digital team have a great understanding of the challenges facing us and have created a fantastic online retail experience for us.”

Tim Beckett, co founder of True Digital, added: "We are now working on an increasing number of transactional sites as the consumer turns away from the high street for a variety of reasons. For brands like Naturebotts a web site is a vital business tool: it must build brand value, win hearts and minds and above all work as a viable online store for consumers. Time poor mums want clear navigation and no obstacles between them and the shopping basket."
