Yorkshire retail design and display group TMC has bolstered its team with four senior appointments.

John Earnshaw, has been promoted to sales and marketing director having held the role of national account manager with TMC for five years.

In his previous role Earnshaw managed accounts including Bosch and Homebase, and before joining the business, he was a profit centre manager with national hardware distributor Decco.

He said: “Over the coming year, I will be managing the development of new markets, by showcasing our specialist skill-base to penetrate a broader client base across a number of sectors.”

TMC has recruited two new business development managers, Sean Adams, and Russell Wade, to join the new-look senior team.

Adams has retail and FMCG experience having previously worked for Blackbox Brand Consultants, in Stockport, and he has handled clients including Guinness, Warburtons and Fosters Lager.

Wade built up retail experience working for ERI, the JDS Group and the Mice Group.

Steve Mumford, completes the recruitment drive as operations manager for TMC's sub-brand, RS Pro, which provides merchandising solutions for retail and FMCG clients.

Mumford joins from Cuisine de France where he was divisional sales manager, and before that he held senior sales roles with Nestle and Coca Cola.
