Hampton Associates has announced that it is working on design work for MDT International, the Aberdeen Convention Bureau, the Glen Tanar Estate, VisualSoft, Central Insurance Services and Quality Meat Scotland (QMS).

The new business is understood to be worth around £400,000 in total and follows the agency’s appointed to the Scottish Government Marketing Services Framework, which has seen is tasked to work with QMS.

The Aberdeen-based agency has also created three new positions bringing total staff numbers to 12 while Lexie Linnert has also joined as senior account manager from Saatchi & Saatchi in London.

Jaye Christie and Susan Montgomery have also joined the team as graphic designers.

Director Mike Hampton says: “Securing this significant amount of new business at any time would be a major accomplishment but to achieve this in a recession, when agencies such as ours are under threat from cost-savings, is testament to the value clients see in what we offer and the fact that, time after time, we deliver exceptional results that keep our clients ahead in the marketing game.

The agency has also become listed on the Recommended Agency Register.

“To be listed on RAR underlines our clients’ endorsements but we are particularly proud that our results in this ranking were reported as exceptional,” continued Hampton.

Every year, the RAR independently research 1,500 clients and only list the best rated agencies in advertising, PR, design, digital, direct marketing, sales promotion and media buying. The agencies listed are selected on their ratings for account handling, creativity, strategic thinking, value for money and overall professionalism.
