The first stage of a six-figure marketing campaign for property developers CBRE Investor’s has been created following a £30million refurbishment scheme for the company.

Created following a four way creative-pitch by Bath-based design consultancy Northbank, the campaign’s first phase, which takes the form of an extra large format mailer, is intended to raise awareness and interest amongst property agents and potential tenants. Northbank developed the branding and marketing material early last year.

The development in Croydon, named Prospect First, is undergoing a complete 12 month internal and external refit to transform it into a 216,000 sq.ft. office headquarter site, the first in what is a £3.5bn regeneration scheme set to transform London's largest borough.

Simon Cryer, design director for Northbank, explained: “The initial brief majored heavily on the fact that Prospect First, when complete, will be the largest property of its kind in Croydon and almost unique throughout the South East of England. As a result we made 'scale' the idea at the heart of the identity and the material we're now developing around it.”
