ULetStudents.com has tasked D4 with the creation of its brand, design and digital development while its PR division D4PR will handle the PR and online strategy.

The company vets all landlords and their properties while allowing them to manage all payments, contracts and maintenance online.

The agency has been tasked the Sheffield agency with creating a web portal that is attractive to students very easy to use, offers from places like subway, cinemas etc, property listings.

The site’s backend will allow landlords to manage their properties, upload to listings, Students can fill in their requirements online e.g. name, number, number of rooms required.

Once uploaded, the information is sent as an SMS text to every landlord who has a room which fits the requirements to inform them.

The agency has also created an illustrated Bush Baby to front the brand, ‘Baby Stu’ who will be animated on the website and be placed on all of the company’s promotional materials.

He will first be seen in the city on the company’s branded Smart car in the coming fortnight.

The idea is planned to roll out in other cities across the UK.
