With the administration of iconic high street retailer Woolworths, Bristol based agency Inbox which counted the chain as part of its client base, has called the collapse of the client ‘disappointing’.

The Drum understands that the agency was working with Woolworths on a project only basis having completed a viral campaign entitled ‘Catapult Assault’ for the client earlier in the year. It is also understood that had the company not collapsed, Inbox was to work for it on a new online project before the end of the year.

Despite this, Matt Ramsay, managing director of Inbox said: “The situation with Woolworths has no effect on our business as we were working with the company on a project basis only.”

The company continues to work with a widespread client base including United Biscuits, Proctor and Gamble, Vodaphone, AOL, Endsleigh Insurance and Kswiss and for the last three years has seen a year on year increase in business of 30% each time.
