Manchester creative agency Dinosaur needs to find a new managing director to take the ten-year-old business forward – its founder, Mark Beaumont, has said.

Beaumont took sole control of the agency after buying out his former business partner Chris Lloyd in the summer.

With his focus on the creative side of the business, Beaumont says Dinosaur now needs someone new to improve the agency's client service.

He told The Drum: “The best creative shops combine the best executive skills with outstanding ideas. I’m a creative, and for Dinosaur to evolve and build on its achievements, I’ve identified that we now need to broaden our executive capability and improve our client service.”

The agency is also looking to bolster its team with appointments in other areas.

Beaumont said that in the current climate clients “quite rightly, will place even more emphasis on exceptional service as well as first class creativity”.

He added that he expected to be selecting from some 'stellar candidates' to find the new managing director.
