It's curtains (and covers) for Motionlab

Motionlab has redesigned the website for national soft furnishings company Plumbs.

The relaunch comes only a few months after Plumbs re-launched its online store ‘Cover My Furniture’ also developed by the Preston-based agency.

The redesign has gathered the company's product lines of re-upholstery, loose covers and curtains together and offers an in depth look into the company and its people.

The site also utilises new features including a blog, Google Maps technology, article repository and user generated content.

An content management system was developed to let the team at Plumbs have ownership on all aspects of the site, including the product journeys, special offers, banner management and SEO functionality.

Online marketing manager of Plumbs, Chris Plumb said: "Having such a wide product range built up over 50 years it was a great task to deliver a site that conveyed our product selection whilst providing an intuitive structure and navigation. The new ‘Customer Club’ section is a great way of giving something back to the valued and loyal customer base we have built up over many years.
