Carex hygiene site to be updated by Code Computerlove

Antibacterial hand cleansing brand Carex, part of the PZ Cussons stable has tasked Code Computerlove with maximising the impact of its Carex 'Hands Up for Hygiene' Campaign online through the introduction of several new features to its website.

The campaign is now in its third year and in association with education and health professionals, aims to helps children understand the importance of hand washing.

The Manchester based digital agency, which was appointed by Carex to handle its digital marketing in January, will introduce several new features to the campaign website which will also allow schools to apply for a ‘lightbox’ which shows up hidden dirt and bacteria on hands.

Video clips will then be placed online to show how the lightbox’ works and of the children’s reactions to what it discovers.

An online forum has also been created to allow parents and teachers to share ideas, while new activities, songs and video clips of hand washing including a chart which can be downloaded have also been added.
