Lewis Creative Consultants have produced a series of animated Flash banners to promote Scottish Provident's online reference guide, created as a result of the FSA's Treating Customers Fairly guidelines.

In response to the TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) guidelines set out by the FSA this year, Scottish Provident has produced a handy reference guide to help those providing financial advice to adhere to the new expectations. The guide also details how Scottish Provident has adapted its practices to comply with the guidelines and support advisers throughout the sales process.

A series of Flash animated banners designed and developed by LEWIS Creative Consultants have been launched across key financial websites such as Money Marketing, IFA Online and FT Adviser to promote this free resource. The banners feature ‘Frank the Financial Adviser’ who invites fellow IFAs to log onto the Scottish Provident website to order or download Scottish Provident’s TCF Guide so that they can begin to understand what TCF really means to them and their clients.

The campaign was initiated last week with press advertising in Money Marketing followed by email and direct mail promotion to just under 30,000 contacts with follow up communications planned throughout the campaign schedule.
