Manchester-based Love has appointed ex-BBC marketer Richard Hall as its new client services director.

Hall arrives from a role client side with the BBC, where he was key to the launch of the BBC iPlayer, and has previous experience with heavyweight London agencies St Lukes and RKCR/Y&R.

Love managing director, Alistair Sim said: "We are delighted that Rich has joined our team. With experience handling major clients such as BT, Ikea and the BBC, he has a wealth of experience that LOVE can benefit from." Hall added: "Love leapt out for me with their sheer quantity of brilliant ideas across advertising, digital and design, and I'm really looking forward to helping shape the agency's integrated offering.
