Lightmaker Group has announced the opening of Lightmaker Scotland, following a partnership agreement with Stirling-based Vizibility.

Lightmaker Group has announced the opening of Lightmaker Scotland, following a partnership agreement with Stirling-based Vizibility.

The deal sees Vizibility rebranding as Lightmaker Scotland, while the Scottish agency's offices in Sofia and Varna will also rebrand to take the Lightmaker name. Talks began with Lightmaker in Orlando earlier this year, with the official rebrand launched this month. Vizibility's ten-strong team at its Stirling HQ, as well as its staff in Bulgaria, will now join with offices across the globe, including Tumbridge Wells, Manchetser, Amsterdam, Orlando, San Francisco, Vancouver and Melbourne. Lightmaker already boasts clients such as BMW, IBM, Samsung, JK Rowling, Electronic Arts, Adobe and Manchester United. Lightmaker is in the process of extending its global reach, aiming to double its size within the next two years. While expansion will predominantly be organic, the group is also looking for businesses to join as license partners, allowing agencies to leverage the Lightmaker brand. According to Adrian Barrett, founder and chairman of Lightmaker, "The coming together of Lightmaker and Vizibility was a case study in serendipity. Vizibility fits perfectly into our global expansion plans. In addition, David (Guthrie) and John (Campbell) from Vizibility are a perfect match for our management team. We expect the addition of Lightmaker Scotland and Lightmaker Sofia/Varna to be extremely successful for both Lightmaker and its clients.” Lightmaker Group CEO Ian Hilton continues, “We believe we can effectively work with like-minded companies and organizations under the established Lightmaker brand to create an extensive presence and portfolio of clients that extends across the globe.”
