An initiative set up by former Manchester United and England footballer Bryan Robson and Burscough FC chairman Chris Lloyd has enlisted the help of Gyro International.

Gyro is providing Robson Lloyd with a brand identity and an on going PR and marketing campaign. This includes producing a brochure, website and Robson Lloyd branded stationery to encourage participation from local authorities, Government, developers and sports clubs.

Bryan Robson, an England player in three World Cups, said: “This concept has a winning formula, there’s already a growing awareness, supported by Government agenda, of the importance of sport to promote health and education. We are dealing with over 30 clubs up and down the country and through marketing our brand we are certain to grow even more rapidly.”

Sponsorship from Robson Lloyd funders is being used to build new facilities to establish community sports academies in support of non-league football clubs. The organisation also targets other sports clubs with a view to creating a network of sports communities.
