WWAV Edinburgh has lost out to a London agency for the global £2m Glenfiddich CRM account.

WWAV made the final two on the pitch, but lost out to Kitcatt Nohr Alexander Shaw which will now manage the brand’s global CRM account, thought to be worth around £2m.

The Edinburgh agency did however, beat two other London agencies following a four-way pitch to make it to the final stage.

Michael Benson, Glenfiddich global brand director said of the appointment; “We were impressed by the experience of the team at Kitcatt Nohr and their deep knowledge of CRM. They won the pitch due to the quality of their creative and strategic thinking, their talented team and an obvious passion for the Glenfiddich brand.”
