An Aberdeen house builder may be on the verge of launching a review of its design, pr and marketing strategies.

Stage one of the review will be to appoint a design firm to rebrand the company, which may be then followed by a review of its above the line and PR business.

Carol Anne Dielman, group marketing and communications director for Stewart Milne Group confirmed that the hunt was now on for a design firm following an internal review process. However, she denied industry speculation that the natural conclusion for the process would be to review its advertising business which is currently held by Ten Alps MTD. Aberdeen-based consultancy the PR Partnership currently holds the PR account for Stewart Milne Homes.

Said Dielman, “We’re looking to review our brand, which will mean a look at design and at this moment in time that is all we were looking for. Because we are right in the middle of working on the process, until we have completed the internal work that is needed we don’t yet know the next steps.”
