Inbox lands Endsleigh digital marketing brief
Swindon-based Inbox has been named by insurance and financial products intermediary Endsleigh as its digital marketing agency.
Inbox has been tasked with developing a strategy that will position the company as a more digitally-focused brand.
Stuart Wartalski, head of corporate communications at Endsleigh, said: "The online channel is now the primary pipeline for our business, so it's vital that we move the brand forward to fit with, and engage with, our target audience in the digital space. Also, email communications have become a key method of contact with our markets."
After initially developing a new identity to be applied both on and offline and refreshing Endsleigh's website, Inbox will create e-CRM campaigns aimed at using the digital channel to nurture a deeper, more effective customer relationship with the firm's target audience.
Endsleigh's relationship with search company Tamar remains unaffected by the appointment.
