GMG and Clyde appoint Bruce and Paterson as new senior sales staff

Two of Scotland’s leading commercial radio stations have appointed new senior sales staff as they continue to lock horns for the top spot in Scotland.

GMG Radio Scotland has appointed Gavin Bruce as sales director, while Radio Clyde has announced two senior promotions.

Bruce will now manage the commercial departments of Real Radio, Smooth Radio and Rock Radio, having been part of the business for almost six years, latterly as sales manager.

Achievements in his career include managing the launch of Scotland’s first classic rock station, Rock Radio, working alongside senior management.

Meanwhile, at Radio Clyde, Victoria Paterson has been appointed as sales manager while Paul Saunders has been promoted to programme director having previously been head of Clyde 1.
