Brazen has appointed its first associate creative director.

Gary Bramwell, a founding partner in the agency, has taken on the new position after relinquishing his role as senior account director.

The move comes as the final part of a strategic review of the senior team by co-founders Nina Wheeler and Emma Beck. The review has also seen Leah Watson promoted from senior account manager to account director.

The first part of the strategic review in May saw Rick Guttridge appointed as acting managing director and Peter Burling promoted to Senior Account Director ahead of Wheeler going on maternity leave.

The full story will appear in the next issue of The Drum, due to hit desks on Friday 12 October.
