Glasgow-based Randak will roll out its new Au Natural branding across the UK following a successful trial launch.

The design agency will launch the new look throughout the home and interiors chain’s 100 stores in Scotland, England, Northern Ireland and Wales.

Randak worked closely with retail specialists Riverside Commerce to co-ordinated the new visual merchandising as well as the store layout, lighting and product merchandising.

Said Charles Randak, managing director of the agency: “Most people know the Au Naturale brand and it was well overdue for a refresh.

“Inbuilt into the brand are ‘layers’ which link through to the diversity of the product range and will come in to play as part of the continued roll-out and onward marketing.

“The challenge was to match the excitement of the product range in the design of the logo and provide a ‘platform’ using elements of the logo across the store environment in a way that is both visually effective and financially cost effective.”

Randak has also developed the ‘Au’ as a sub-brand and it will now be adopted on selected components such as carrier bags and vm hot spots.
