Manchester-based agency Love has completed its new project for property developers Urban Splash – installing three life-sized cows on the developer’s roof at Fort Dunlop.

Urban Splash, which has been involved in several major UK urban regeneration schemes, traditionally celebrates the completion of each project with the installation of a life-size cow.

The new installation – which sees the cows standing on tyres – represents the building’s former use as a tyre warehouse.

Adam Fothergill, account director at Love, said: “Working with Urban Splash always gives us an opportunity to create something a little less ordinary. From executing ad campaigns to producing a herd of cows, the possibilities are endless.”

The client has already commissioned Love to design and produce additions to the herd for the rear half of the roof – which has been covered with grass.
