Rees Bradley Hepburn (RBH) has won one of only two places on the new agency roster of Severn Trent Water (STW).

The water company serves 3.7million households and businesses in England and Wales, providing purification, operating and testing services. Its roster has consisted of a number of agencies in recent years, but it was looking to streamline the list.

Ranjit Gill-Blythe, STW’s brand and strategic communications manager, said: “It wasn’t just a matter of cost competitiveness – a combination of value, strategic input and creativity is paramount. The challenges now faced by the water industry are many, hence Severn Trent Water’s own focus on improvement.”

RBH chairman, Tim Rees said of the Coventry-based agency’s appointment: “Severn Trent is a big name to have on the client list and a company fully committed to constant improvement of its customers’ products and services.”
