Smoking ban campaign launches in Wales

Golley Slater has unveiled its debut work for the Welsh Assembly Government’s upcoming smoking ban. The poster and outdoor campaign will run alongside a TV and radio campaign in the run-up to the ban which comes into effect on 2 April.

The campaign carries the strapline “time’s up for second-hand smoke”, and features a clock face with stubbed out cigarettes replacing the hands.

A guidance pack - including ‘no smoking’ signage - has been issued to businesses across Wales, and a direct mail leaflet will also be sent to every household.
