A sweet tale of success for Propaganda

Ricola Group, the Swiss confectionery manufacturer, is to launch a seven-figure marketing campaign to launch its flagship brand in the UK. Spearheading the activity is Leeds-based Propaganda, which has been appointed by Ricola’s UK distributor, Cedar Health.

The product range, which includes Ricola Herb Drops, a selection of herbal teas and Ricola Swiss Herb Candy, is exported to around 50 countries in Europe, Asia and North America. However, this move will mark the firm’s first steps into the UK.

Robert Smith, managing director of Cedar Health, commented: \"We want to build the leading brand in the UK healthy confectionery sector and are delighted to have Propaganda on board to help achieve this.\"

The aim of the campaign, which will include consumer and trade activity, will be to raise awareness of the Ricola brand and spur on sales growth for the product range.
