Blue-Chip Marketing has appointed Kyle Hardie as managing director.

Hardie, who has been with the company for eleven of its fifteen-year history, takes over from Fiona Laurie, who has been promoted to the position of chairman.

Hardie’s first hiring has been Claire Prentice who joins as account director.

Prentice, whose previous roles include client-side at Baxters, was recruited from Glasgow agency Nation 1 and she will now oversee the Warburtons and Highland Spring accounts for Blue-Chip.

Speaking of the appointment, Hardie said: “I’ve known Claire for a long time and she was the first name that came to mind when I looked at our growing people requirements.

“She’s bright, upbeat and driven, and she’ll complement perfectly our already strong account handling team.”
