First Golden Wonder work by Taxi revealed

New packaging for Golden Wonder’s Wheat Crunchies range is being launched this month following a redesign by Bristol-based, Taxi Studio. The agency was appointed in November last year to refresh the current packaging following declining sales of the snack.

Taxi Studio has created designs for the four key flavours – Worcester Sauce, Crispy Bacon, Spicy Tomato and Big Cheese – as well as the variety and multi packs.

Taxi Studio’s creative director, Spencer Buck, commented: “We updated the design, making the packs look visibly loud, to echo the product as it’s a really loud snack when you’re eating it, by using every bit of available space to shout about the brand name and flavour.

“We introduced the line ‘Make Some Noise’ on the back of the pack to further emphasis the point and to build in a campaign element for future marketing activity.”
