Bank of New York appoint Citypress

The Bank of New York has appointed Citypress to promote its new branch, which is launching in Manchester later this year.

The Bank’s decision to launch its service at One Piccadilly in the heart of Manchester will see 350 jobs created in its 90,000 sq ft office.

Citypress will be responsible for supporting the Bank’s recruitment drive, events programme and building its overall reputation with in the city.

The Bank of New York is one of the largest banks in the world with over $9.6 trillion of assets under administration. Employing 23,000 people, the Bank is located in more than 30 countries across five continents.

Commenting on the win, Charles Tattersall, Citypress managing director, said: \"Our job is to raise awareness of the new career opportunities this brings for school-leavers, graduates and professionals, as well as helping the region understand the bank\'s activities. \"
