The Scotsman Publications has promoted Caroline Blyth to the position of classified sales director.

She will officially take up the new post at the beginning of January and she will continue to report into assistant managing director (advertising sales) for The Scotsman Publications, Richard Bogie.

Blyth has played an integral role in the recent acquisition of New Home Locations Scotland, which will remain one of her primary responsibilities, as well as her contribution to the commercial growth of revenue for Scotsman.com.

Speaking of the promotion Bogie said: “I would like to congratulate Caroline on her elevation to this new role, which is richly deserved. It is proper recognition of her wider responsibilities, her all round contribution to the company and the development of our revenue.”
