Manchester-based LOVE has designed and edited a weekend guide book, celebrating the ‘New North’ for client, Emap. The book, which has been designed to look like a pocket bible, is to be mailed to London advertising and marketing agencies.

The book promotes Emap’s Big City network of eight local commercial stations based in major cities across the North of England. It plays on all that is positive in the area, with the aim of dispelling negative stereotypes about the North.

Teresa Richards of Emap Advertising, said: “LOVE were given an open brief on the look of the guide book, and the results have exceeded all expectation.” She described the look as, “stylish, clean and sharp.”
