Halton Council hunt down Creative Lynx

Manchester based design agency Creative Lynx has been selected by Halton Borough Council to develop and implement a new brand identity across various media formats.

The team collected the brief following a four-way pitch where the client acknowledged their public sector experience and track record with regeneration projects.

The win follows further new account acquisitions this autumn, including work for English Partnerships (a brief which, reportedly, Paver Downes and media independent PHD Compass Manchester also share).

Creative Lynx has also recently branded Widnes Waterfront and produced Carlisle College\'s 2004 prospectus.
