Nation1 has pulled out of filming for a new Channel 4 TV series, Boss Swap, after being invited to pitch for the £1m NFL Super Bowl XXXVIII account.

“Boss Swap”, the fly-on-the-wall reality TV show that sees two very different bosses swap jobs, was to commence filming this week at Nation1’s offices. However, the decision by Nation1 to postpone filming was made in order to concentrate on the NFL pitch, which will see the appointed agency handle a £1m through-the-line account to promote next February’s Super Bowl.

Nation1’s Andrew Grant stated: “This is a huge pitch that requires a massive amount of time, energy and creative input on our part. Boss Swap clashes with our pitch and this would have meant an unknown ‘boss’ presenting to the NFL. We did not want to take that risk!”
