EMAP Performance has announced that London based agency Karmarama has been appointed to handle their £4m advertising account, but have stipulated that the company must provide an exclusive presence in the North as part of the deal.

The appointment follows on from the launch of EMAP’s localised marketing strategy, which began in July, and will see the London agency working with stations that include Key 103 in Manchester and Radio Aire in Leeds.
