Used car dealer Network Q has signed up to sponsor ITV’s popular game show “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire”.

The Vauxhall-owned dealer network has negotiated a deal starting this month and running until the end of the year. The agreement will result in a 15-second opening slot, a 10-second closing sponsorship credit and six break bumpers. Both the ITV1 showing and the repeats on ITV2 feature in the deal, with special executions mooted for one-off formats such as “celebrity couples” shows.

Network Q’s sponsorship, which is for an undisclosed amount, follows previous deals between the show and clients such as Learn Direct and Alliance & Leicester.

Midlands advertising agency Cogent was in the process of creating the idents at the time of going to press.
