Interest in Scotland's first ever PR Awards has reached fever pitch since the scheme was officially launched two weeks ago.

The awards aim to illuminate the Scottish PR scene and shed light on the numerous and varied projects being undertaken by Scotland's PR firms.

The Hamp Hamilton Young Communicator Award, aiming to award the best PR professional working in Scotland under the age of 30, will also form part of the awards scheme. The winner will receive £200 and a place on an IPR training course.

The closing date for submissions is 19 April and all entered work must have been carried out between September 2000 and 28 February 2002. For entry forms please contact Sam Bunis on 0141 352 4665 or e-mail sam.bunis@carnyx.com.

The awards take place on 30 May.
