John Denholm, chief executive of The Leith Agency, has appointed John Young as the new managing director of Oneagency.

The appointment comes just weeks after former managing director Sue Mullen and creative director Dave Mullen resigned from the agency, along with client services director Sheila Gallagher, to launch a rival agency called Story.

Young joins the agency from London-based Claydon Heeley Jones Mason, the UK's fourth biggest DM firm, which handles clients such as Bradford & Bingley, British Airways, Esso, Motorola and the Royal Mail.

Denholm will apppoint a creative director when Young starts in a few weeks.
