Adobe has released a humorous video called "The Heist" to introduce its new Experience Cloud, which the company says provides businesses with tools that help them "deliver personal and relevant experiences across every channel." In the ad, three bank robbers are stopped in their tracks when one of the bank tellers provides them with great customer service.
