With the authorisation of their relatives, we brought missing ones back to live via Facebook and Twitter, to ask the people themselves to sign the UN petition. To commit the Peruvian government to accept UN regulation Against Forced Disappearance, Amnesty International needed to collect 25,000 signatures.
