Emoderation

Tamara Littleton founded social media management agency Emoderation in 2002.

The company is now worth £10m and works with a large variety of brands and agencies including MTV, Saatchi & Saatchi and Smirnoff.

Prior to setting up Emoderation, she worked at BBC Online as an operations manager, and with Chello Broadband as a product delivery director.

She is also a member of the UK Council for Child Internet Safety (UKCCIS), advising the UK government on moderation of communities to help safeguard children online. In 2013, she co-founded Polpeo, a social media crisis simulation company.
