Ross Sleight has spent the past two decades working in digital and has been a founding member of six digital businesses.

At Somo he advises the likes of Red Bull and Universal Music on how to harness the potential of mobile.

He kick-started his career as account manager at BMP DDB in 1992, and went to work for Virgin Games, Agency Republic and Phathouse Media.

Also listed in The Drum’s Mobile Top 50 last year, Sleight says he is always “hungry to understand how people are adopting and using the plethora of new technologies available to them to enrich their lives.”

The past 12 months has seen his agency continue to focus on use of wearables, virtual and augmented reality and internet of things, and how they can be used by brands to engage customers.

In August 2015 he became a senior mobile advisor to the management board of Onet Group.
